The basics. Every command has its own help: help <command>.

            # subtopics

            ## Your character

After logging in you're out of character. charcreate makes your
character (one per account) and ic takes you into the game; ooc
takes you back out, and quit logs off. sheet shows your character,
            skills your skills.

            ## Moving

Walk through exits by name (north or n). Every room has a grid of
cells: map shows it, move <cell> walks there (move b2), and
approach <thing or person> takes you next to them. To pick something up
you have to be next to it.

            ## Roundtime

Actions (moving, getting things, fighting) take a few seconds of roundtime.
What you type meanwhile waits in a queue and runs in order: queue shows
it, stop empties it. Looking, talking and out-of-character commands run at
            once.

            ## Roleplay

Strangers see your short description, not your name: set it with
sdesc <description>, and recog <person> as <name> remembers someone.
Talk and act with say, whisper, emote and pose; speak
<language> picks the language you speak.

            ## Fighting

draw <weapon>, then attack <person>. With a gun, aim first for a
better shot and reload when it runs dry. Next to cover, cover makes
you harder to shoot; overwatch fires at the first enemy who moves in your
sight; parry readies a melee weapon to block. wear armor before the
fight. In a fight you can only leave from the cell an exit is on.

            ## Getting hurt

At 0 health you're down and bleeding out. Someone next to you with a trauma
kit can stabilize you; a medkit (treat) restores health and can ease
a wound. sheet shows your health and wounds. While down you can still talk
and crawl a cell at a time.

            ## Money

money shows your cash chips and, if your legal status allows one, your
registry account. In the Test Market, approach a shopkeeper, then list,
buy, sell, value and haggle; the kiosk takes deposit and
withdraw. Chips can be stolen (pickpocket), and they stay on your body
            if you die.
